2008 foals are arriving and available. They are really nice! See the NEWS PAGE! We also have a few nice yearlings, 2 two year olds, a three year cutting prospect, and broodmares in foal available! They are sired by Very Smart Remedy, Topsail Starlight, Smart Peppy Cutter, Topsail Cody, Doc Jewel Bars, Bueno Money, Gay Bar O Lena, QTs Okie Cowboy, grandget of Colonel Freckles, Mr. San Peppy, Q T Poco Streke, Smart Little lena, Docs Remedy, Zan Freckles Hickory and more.

Our versatile APHA stallion, QTs Okie Cowboy, will be shown again this year in ranch horse versatility, reining and cow horse events. He's a wonderful horse and great fun. His colts are two this year, looking fantastic and headed to the trainers! We will enjoy watching them ride! QT is available at stud this year also!

Smart Pyro is an outstanding individual. He has a lot of charisma and style about him and we are really impressed. He missed his three year old futurities due to an injury but has made a full recovery and will head for the show pen later this year. Keep an eye out for Pyro, he's really something! He will possibly stand to a few select mares this year, please inquire if interested.

Who are we?
Halo Hues Ranch is a small family run horse farm located in the Northeastern portion of California just east of where the Sierra Nevada's collide with the Great Cascade Range. We work together to produce versatile AQHA and APHA performance horses with a particular interest in the reined cow horse. We have a few nice mares with proven genetics, performance records and are proven producers. We breed to top industry stallions and to our stallions here at home to offer you success in your equine endeavors.
